GAVAPRO LLC, the company behind Gava Group, owns and operates small businesses, including Gava Social, a social media management agency for small and local businesses in South Florida, such as med spas, retailers and event services.
GAVAPRO Social Publisher
The social media publishing platform Gava Social uses to deliver its service, built on the open-source Postiz platform and available at https://social.gavapro.com. Each client business gets its own workspace and connects its own social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and others) through each platform's official login and consent screen. Gava Social's team and the client's authorised staff use the workspace to plan posts, collect the client's approval, and schedule and publish the approved content.
Accounts are created for each client when it signs up for the service; there is no open self-registration. Clients can disconnect their accounts at any time.
How the TikTok integration works
- The client business connects its TikTok account by signing in with TikTok and approving the requested permissions.
- The platform reads the account's basic profile (display name, username, avatar) and statistics so the team can confirm which account is connected and report results to the client.
- For each approved post, the user sees the account it will go to, chooses the privacy level, interaction settings and any commercial content disclosure, and confirms before anything is sent to TikTok.
- The platform uploads the video or photos to TikTok and shows the publishing status. Nothing is posted without that explicit confirmation.
